Supervisors and Team Members are strongly encouraged to discuss job performance and goals on an informal, day-to-day basis. At the end of a TM’s Introductory Period, there will typically be an informal evaluation to determine if the employment agreement will continue. Additional formal performance evaluations are conducted to provide both Supervisors and TM’s the opportunity to discuss job tasks, identify and correct weaknesses, encourage and recognize strengths, and discuss positive, purposeful approaches for meeting goals.
The performance of all Team Members is generally evaluated according to an ongoing 12 month cycle, beginning at the calendar-year end. Bonus pay and wage increases are all subject to Performance Evaluation results and Supervisor’s discretion.
