- Team Member’s Birthday
These Holidays must fall within the Monday – Saturday work week. TM’s Birthday can be rescheduled during the week.
Ivey’s will grant paid holiday time off to all Qualified, Full Time Team Members. Holiday pay will be calculated based on the TM’s straight-time pay rate (as of the date of the holiday) times eight hours.
Days with flexible scheduling:
Labor Day
Memorial Day
Day Before Thanksgiving
New Year’s Eve
These days are not counted as PTO but will be flexible to allow for early closing, should Management deem necessary.
If a recognized holiday falls during an eligible TM’s paid absence (such as vacation or sick leave), holiday pay will be provided instead of the paid time off benefit that would otherwise have applied. Paid time off for holidays will not be counted as hours worked for the purposes of determining overtime.
